Haha, it's crazy how they change so much and grow in 9 months! It's amazing how much my tummy has grown in the last 3.5 months too. Makes for good times. We picked a girl name and a boy name just in case, but we can't find out for five more weeks. We are excited!! We already got a diaper bag - great deal. It's fun to get things, but we are trying to hold off until we know the gender. :)<br /><br /> Other than that, school is started, so life is busy again. Ry is studying hard for the LSAT - October 9th - only a month away. My classes are way fun this semester, but lots of tests - one almost every week. Ry is taking a Spanish class that is harder than he thought, but I think he likes using the language more again. <br /><br />We've been taking lots of pictures lately, too which is lots of fun :) Ry is pretty good. <br /><br />Well, till next time. <br /><br />(Newest is on the top left, oldest is on the bottom right)<br />RJRyan and Jessica's Bloghttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13083443999292690610noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8159625871687668098.post-79927427221773669072010-08-15T19:46:00.000-07:002010-08-15T19:52:05.389-07:00Well, these past few weeks have been fun. Ry and I found out we are pregnant! Yea! I'm excited to find out what it is, but right now I am only 10 weeks along and already showing!! I don't want to know what I will look at 20 weeks...or 30. Haha. I'm starting to think its twins. <br /><br />Kellen and Kristina are also engaged! Yea!! I'm excited to have a sister in law! We get to go to their wedding in New York in December. I'm excited!! <br /><br />Also Coleman is playing football for the U this year, so that will be lots of fun too.<br /><br />And my family was in town two weeks ago, well everyone but my dad. It was so much fun to see them, i can't believe how fast they grow up. We hung out and played mini golf and saw a movie ands got pedicures and watched movies at night. The boys had a blast playing games :) I'm excited to see them in December again <br /><br />And then I got to go with Kristina when she looked at wedding dresses and her shoes :) her dress is gorgeous! It looks so good on her. And Kellen came to town a few days later. :) Its been a fun few weeks to say the least. Its always fun to see family<br /><br />And school is out for a few weeks ! Yea!!! Sad i have to go back though. Oh well, only one more year. Well i will try to be better about updating thingsRyan and Jessica's Bloghttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13083443999292690610noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8159625871687668098.post-60713213232503112582010-02-28T13:30:00.000-08:002010-02-28T13:34:28.715-08:00Relaxing WeekendWell, life's still pretty good. We are just up at Ryan's parent's house watching the Olympics. We also went to Luke's baby blessing today, which was so fun to see everyone at. He is such a cute baby. <div>We don't have too much homework this weekend too, which has been nice. But I am starting to study for another test :( I think I've had 1-2 every week for the whole month of February...oh well, it's almost over. </div><div>We found out that Ryan doesn't have Bppv, and that he does have perfect hearing! Go Ryan! So the doctor said that his dizziness isn't related to his ears at all...but now that means an MRI and possibly some more test. Hopefully we'll find out what it is soon! </div><div>That's all for now!</div>Ryan and Jessica's Bloghttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13083443999292690610noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8159625871687668098.post-14442147452372641592010-02-20T20:37:00.000-08:002010-02-20T20:47:54.569-08:00It's been a long whileWell, now we're in a new semester :) It's been a lot of fun. We went to Washington for Thanksgiving and stayed in Utah for Christmas. Jonny and Andrew came up last weekend, which was way fun :) We did get two new cars since I last wrote I think. Totally not planned, but we were having serious problems with each one...just a few months apart. so we decided it was best to sell and get new ones...good times. But we really like our new ones - well they are used, but new for us :)<div>We think Ryan has Bppv - which is a kind of virdigo. But we won't know for sure till Friday. He's been dizzy off and on since October! Yeiks. We're excited to find out if that's what it is...and to fix the dizziness.</div><div>He just started his LSAT class today too :)</div><div>I will be taking classes for both spring and summer terms now. I was only going to go for spring, but I got half tuition for both semesters...and you can't defer...so I'm taking a sewing class! I'm excited :) </div><div>TTYL</div>Ryan and Jessica's Bloghttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13083443999292690610noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8159625871687668098.post-90815362578526144442009-09-03T19:42:00.000-07:002009-09-03T19:49:13.502-07:00First week of schoolHum, well it's back to school time. Ry's taking 12 credits and I'm taking 15. Ry's taking the hard classes though. I have 3 freshman level classes...cause I just switched my major. I'm emphasizing in Interior Design. I'm really excited for it!! Ry is majoring in Economics with a Business minor and then off to law school. I'm half hoping that he'll get into the U of U school of law so that I can go to the LDS Business College and really major in interior design! But BYU is cheaper...and I have an in there :) <div>Mostly we're just doing homework. We don't have a ton yet, but I'm sure it will pick up. We're excited for this holiday weekend.</div><div>We went to visit my dad's family in Minnesota last weekend. So much fun! It was good to see everyone again. And my parents were there too. Always good to see them. I realize it's been four years since I was in Minnesota! Mary Kate & Rachel have grown up so much! We went to the Mall of America and to the state fair and ate some yummy food there. :)</div><div>TTYL</div>Ryan and Jessica's Bloghttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13083443999292690610noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8159625871687668098.post-5854684687316539382009-08-02T11:42:00.000-07:002009-08-02T11:50:59.394-07:00Boating & The Screwtape LettersThis week, lets see...mostly just worked. On Friday we went to the temple. I always love going to learn and to just feel peace. Saturday we went boating - the water was 80 degrees! It was great! Ryan did a lot of wake surfing. I mostly watched 'cause I worked out with my trainer on Friday morning and had a hard time bending my legs. haha, gotta love a good workout. I realized that although my muscles are getting stronger, I really need to do more cardio! Saturday, we also started cleaning out our storage unit and took a lot of stuff to the DI. We were going to go to a movie that night at the dollar theater, but Ryan ended up getting sick, so we didn't go. <div>I just started reading The Screwtape Letters - great book! I would recommend it to anyone. Shelley says The Great Divorce is even better. I'll have to read that one soon too. I really like The Screwtape letters 'cause it really makes you realize what lame excuses we make to ourselves to put off doing what we know we need to do. </div>Ryan and Jessica's Bloghttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13083443999292690610noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8159625871687668098.post-28920909495899294682009-07-28T19:49:00.000-07:002009-07-28T20:09:58.799-07:00Wyoming WeekendLet's see we went up early friday morning. Coleman and Missy drove up with us. It was fun. Kathy and Ryan's grandma & grandpa were already there, and their 2 dogs, kizzy & cuddles. It was fun to be with dogs again...well for me at least. Ryan wasn't so excited. Coleman ended up getting really stuffed up 'casue he is apparantly pretty allergic to dogs. <br />We went golfing on friday. Missy & I mostly watched 'casue you can only have 4 people golf at a time. It was fun though. We also went golfing on Saturday and I learned a lot about golfing and what clubs you use. And I got to drive the golf cart! That was fun. I also lost my phone at one point 'casue it fell off the seat, but Missy & I found it. <br />We went to Jackson Hole while we were there too and I found a winter jacket for $20! It was originally 149! I am excited to wear it. Ryan said it was cute, i didn't even see it 'till I got home, but he was right :)<br />Kathy's friends came up on Saturday which was fun. They had a 2 year old name Chandler. He was really cute. Cuddles was a little worried at first 'casue I don't think she'd seen a little kid before. But she warmed up pretty fast. <br />The first night we slept down stairs, it was really dark, I couldn't even see my hand. The next night we slept on our blow up mattress (thanks mom & dad!) on the main floor. We left the door open with the screen closed. At midnight we woke up because we heard a squeeking sound...I was kind of scared. I'm glad ryan was there :) It took us a while to figure out what it was, I thought it was an animal on the porch. It turned out to be the screen door becasue it was windy out. So we shut the door...but it took me a while to get back to sleep. <br />We got back late on Sunday and have just been working. I went to get my named changed at the Social Security office today...it only took an hour which is actually pretty good.<br />Today I'm feeling a little sick. Hoping to feel better tomorrow. <br />Ryan's still working and loving his job. He took his car in today 'casue the breaks were going out. But it's good to get it taken care of. Well, that's all for now.Ryan and Jessica's Bloghttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13083443999292690610noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8159625871687668098.post-66499766006774919682009-07-23T20:55:00.000-07:002009-07-23T21:09:40.119-07:00Movies and stuffHum...let's see. So this weekend we are thinking of going golfing. It should be lots of fun! We're heading out tomorrow morning...pretty early I think. I'm hoping I can sleep in the car :)<div>Today got to go to the temple and we washed our car. Now we're just hanging out at his parent's house. </div><div>Last week we saw Harry Potter - it was good - really funny, but definitely different from the book. We ended up reading the book right before we saw the movie. I knew the movie would be pretty different, but I forgot to tell Ryan - so he didn't really like the movie. There was one scene that was way out there - totally didn't go with the plot...oh well.</div><div>Hey, apparently them are making a 3rd Transformers!! But it wont come out until July 2011. </div><div>We also started some food storage yesterday - we got a bunch of 3 liters of water - for only .49 cents each.</div>Ryan and Jessica's Bloghttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13083443999292690610noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8159625871687668098.post-7906859844963869922009-07-21T15:36:00.000-07:002009-07-23T20:54:48.249-07:00Life Since the HoneymoonWell life is good :) We've been busy. I worked 9-5 for a few weeks because our other secretary was out of town. It was nice to get the hours...but I also really like sleeping in so I'm glad to be back to my usual schedule...plus it gives me time to get our Thanks-you's out and change my name..haha.<br />This past weekend we went up to Bear Lake with Ryan's family and some friends from Lake Powell. It was a lot of fun :) I discovered that maybe I do like the water...but I got a little sunburned. We found some really good water to go wake boarding on, but Ryan was kind of sad because he couldn't wake board 'cause he bruised his heel. But he did get to wake surf. Hey! I even got up while wake boarding...I wasn't quite so successful at wake surfing.<br />Lets see - Ryan started a new job today, as computer support for the Church. It's a call center, but he really likes computers, so we're excited :)<br />This weekend we're going to visit Ryan's uncle's cabin, in Star Valley with his family. That should be fun. We're excited...plus it's a 3 day weekend! Good old Pioneer Day.Ryan and Jessica's Bloghttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13083443999292690610noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8159625871687668098.post-25213921992039235932009-07-02T18:12:00.001-07:002009-07-02T18:16:15.911-07:00Hawaiian Honeymoon part 5a<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiP3JijhFy6cgl2xP9c3xkygwmJf6L3xQqgjQqleogewU5Y3jwpuyCiYifQMkTXJ2_xirihtH5-jTHe-jYAfJhwNf5A5pm51XBSccRWZUbLDKpzuo9qIR-v1bT69CBb0gpv1QatssU2SqBD/s1600-h/IMG_2672.JPG"><img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 214px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiP3JijhFy6cgl2xP9c3xkygwmJf6L3xQqgjQqleogewU5Y3jwpuyCiYifQMkTXJ2_xirihtH5-jTHe-jYAfJhwNf5A5pm51XBSccRWZUbLDKpzuo9qIR-v1bT69CBb0gpv1QatssU2SqBD/s320/IMG_2672.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5354036244680976562" /></a><br />So this morning...we went surfing. It was fun :) I was nervous at first, but then I really enjoyed it. Ryan did too. There was a photographer who took pictures, which we obviously ended up buying. They were fun. Now we're headed to a luau...gotta go. More laterRyan and Jessica's Bloghttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13083443999292690610noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8159625871687668098.post-19479472541316811042009-07-01T20:29:00.000-07:002009-07-01T20:30:01.097-07:00part 4B - add onI forgot...we are just going to relax tonight and see if we can find the 1st Transformers to watch and have some panda express for dinner. (this part got deleted when I tried to post it)<div><br /></div><div>ALSO - we saw the state fish, it's called humuhumunukunukuapuwa'a. It's easier than it looks - humu humu, nuku nuku, apuwa'a and then just put it together (it sounds just like it's spelled ) :) It's a pretty cool fish. The name means something like the fish that was stitched together with a pig nose. It does kind of look stitched together, and it actually makes pig noises believe it or not - to throw off predators. Haha</div>Ryan and Jessica's Bloghttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13083443999292690610noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8159625871687668098.post-50170603438829550402009-07-01T20:15:00.000-07:002009-07-01T20:16:03.558-07:00Hawaiian Honeymoon part 4Today we woke up at 5am! and we went snorkeling. I was a little nervous at first. It took me back to my scuba class...not my favorite. But I warmed up to it pretty fast. It was fun to see the fish...well for me anyway. I was cracking up watching Ryan, he hated the fish getting close to him. And they did get pretty close let me tell you. We saw all kinds. Lots of yellow ones as well as black and white striped ones (those were my favorites). We also saw lots of black ones with blue stripes, and lots of others. Especially cool were the great white tipped reef sharks. There were 2 of them! Don't worry they didn't try to eat us :) We also saw some turtles! They were pretty big and pretty close. <div>Snorkeling went from 7am (check-in was at 6:15) until noon. They fed us breakfast and lunch. It was pretty good. We both got a little burned though. Hopefully it won't be to bad. I should have brought a hat though...my scalp is pretty burned. It kinda hurts.</div><div>Tomorrow...surfing...I'm nervous...Ryan is really excited. It will be an experience either way. </div><div><br /></div><div>Ryan said if he were a Transformer, he would be an Optimus Prime duplicate - Optimus Ryan in fact. I think I would be an Aston Martin Vanquish...or the Batmobile in Batman Begins...'cause it was big...or maybe I'd be a really fast plane 'casue I always thought it would be fun to fly....probably a really small fast plane so I could go anywhere and be hard to see.</div>Ryan and Jessica's Bloghttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13083443999292690610noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8159625871687668098.post-67928116888503644142009-06-30T23:01:00.000-07:002009-06-30T23:12:07.761-07:00Hawaiian Honeymoon part 3Today we ate a this yummy restaurant that I would recommend to everyone who comes to Maui - the Kihei Cafe. They specialize in Breakfast and it's amazing. I had some macadamia nut & banana pancakes with coconut syrup that was amazing and Ryan got a really yummy breakfast burrito. It was just a fun environment too. Definitely worth going to.<div>Then we wandered around Lahaina for a little while before our underwater submarine tour. And we got a cool picture with our last name painted on it. It's really pretty. </div><div>The submarine tour was really cool too. We saw a few corals and a sunken ship with lots of fish. We didn't see any sharks or sting rays though, but it was still cool. We saw lots of black and white fish and yellow ones, and schools of fishes. It was really fun. I like being underwater and not in scuba gear :) </div><div>We spent most of the day in Lahaina, eating lunch and wandering through the shops. We went swimming at the hotel for a bit and went for a little drive around town after dinner. For dinner we stopped at this little hole in the wall Mexican restaurant that was delicious :) It's called Maui Tacos. </div><div>Tomorrow we're going snorkeling. I'm a little nervous, but we should get to see some turtles and lots of fishes :) Ryan's really excited. </div><div>Well that's all for now :)</div>Ryan and Jessica's Bloghttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13083443999292690610noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8159625871687668098.post-80435938067543006652009-06-29T20:58:00.001-07:002009-06-29T21:06:30.319-07:00Hawaiian Honeymoon part 2Ryan and I still aren't used to the time change yet. We still wake up at 6am...which is like 10am Utah time I guess. But I really don't like to see the 6am hour wherever I am. Haha. <div>Today we swam in the ocean for a little bit....Well Ryan mostly swam, I mostly watched. The water was pretty warm though, which was nice. It was really pretty, and we got some great pictures, but we forgot to bring our cord to download pictures. Sorry <div>We went to Iao Valley later. It's up in the mountain. It's gorgeous!! It's a rainforest. We got some amazing pictures there too. Then we headed up to Lahaina and did some shopping and got some cool stuff at the shopping area there. </div><div>It's so warm here! I love it. I don't even need a coat. It was almost a little too hot today though. We're just having some delicious mac and cheese for dinner :) and then we are going to try to see the sunset at like 7pm. I'm excited. </div><div>Tomorrow we are going to go on a submarine and see fishes and a sunken ship! I'm excited. </div></div>Ryan and Jessica's Bloghttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13083443999292690610noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8159625871687668098.post-68783966980121091742009-06-28T13:04:00.000-07:002009-06-28T13:06:35.872-07:00Hawaiian Honeymoon :)We got into Hawaii yesterday!! It's beautiful here...and I LOVE the temperature. 85 and perfect! Ryan is watching a soccer game right now...the USA is beating Brazil. He is REALLY excited. I think we are just going to relax today and go to the Beach maybe to some shops...probably not swimming though. <div>We went to this complimentary breakfast today and learned all the cool things to do in Hawaii. I think we're going to drive up to the mountains tomorrow to see a sunrise...at like 2:30 am, but that's really only like 6:30 in Utah so it's not too bad for us. We also are going to go snorkeling sometime and on a submarine and go on a scenic drive to Hana. We may also see transformers 2 again :) Hopefully we'll come back with some great tans!! Oh, and we are going to go to a luau sometime. Should be exciting!! </div>Ryan and Jessica's Bloghttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13083443999292690610noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8159625871687668098.post-22245958371097511822009-06-14T20:27:00.000-07:002009-06-14T20:44:24.202-07:00Upcoming PlansOnly 9 days until we get married!! We're excited. Let's see, what have we done lately - mostly just wedding stuff and getting settled into the new place. Ryan won't move his stuff in 'till just before the wedding, but it's been fun. We still have to hang pictures and stuff like that. Tomorrow we are going to a Bee's game, which should be fun. I've never been to one. <div>I think Kellen and Kristina get into town on Wednesday, so that will be exciting :) And hopefully it will be sunny this weekend! It's been raining here like crazy! It looks like it's supposed to be sunny on June 23rd though, which is good. <div><div>My family is coming in on Sunday. I'm so excited!!</div><div>Let's see, what else. I'm having a bridal shower on Wednesday I think and we're getting married on June 23rd :) and we're having a reception in Washington on Friday. We're leaving on Saturday to go to Hawaii for about 7 days. Oh, and we're going to go see Transformers on Wednesday - the 24th. That's my favorite movie...can't wait. </div><div>That's all for now I think...probably won't write until after the wedding/honeymoon</div></div></div>Ryan and Jessica's Bloghttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13083443999292690610noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8159625871687668098.post-8013738071882340792009-05-24T20:50:00.000-07:002009-05-24T20:58:09.488-07:00Weekend in BoiseRy & I went up to Boise this weekend with his family. It's been a lot of fun. We talked for a while last night and did some gardening today. Kathy and Ryan's grandparents both have dogs, which Ryan love a lot :) haha. I like them though. Tomorrow I think we're going to Old Navy and then swimming before we head home. Oh, and I get to go to Kathy's house and see some more pictures of Ryan when he was young. I'm excited.<div><br /></div><div>30 Days 'till we get married! We're excited! Ryan is jealous 'cause I won't let him see my bridal pictures or the dress, but I think he'll enjoy seeing it later more. He doesn't agree with me.</div><div><br /></div><div>I move into our new place this next weekend. That will be fun...lots of moving in one month though. But it's worth it :)</div><div><br /></div><div>hum...what else...we're just busy wedding planning and hanging out. I'm not excited about this hot weather though...definitely from Washington</div>Ryan and Jessica's Bloghttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13083443999292690610noreply@blogger.com0
